| This is a thinly padded gambeson (by request of my client!) in an unbleached linen canvas. The edging is a green webbing, and the gamby is lined in linen. The collar is low, about 1 inch, and the back fastening uses attached leather ties. The sleeves are slit high into the forearm, to allow a closer fit, and they lace closed with leather ties. |
